Jeevan Kumar holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from Western Sydney University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Sturt University. He supports clients across Partner and Family visas, Employer Sponsored visas, GSM Skilled visas, Temporary visas, ART reviews and Skills Assessments. Jeevan is known for his clear communication and detail-focused approach, ensuring clients understand their options and requirements at every stage. He is committed to preparing well-structured applications with strong supporting evidence to help clients achieve the best possible outcome. He can assist clients in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
Zixuan Owen Yang (Registered Migration Agent, MARN: 1808753)
Owen (Zixuan) Yang holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law (Victoria University) and has been practicing in the migration industry since 2018 as a Registered Migration Agent. He has extensive experience handling complex migration matters, including Partner visas (including matters involving family violence provisions), Employer Sponsorship, GSM skilled visas, temporary visas, Skills Assessments, and ART review cases. Owen provides clear, practical guidance and prepares well-structured applications supported by strong evidence. He can assist clients in English and Mandarin Chinese and is committed to supporting clients from strategy through to lodgement and outcome.
