About Genuine Migration
& Education Australia

A MARA-registered migration agency in Adelaide, run by two agents who handle cases personally — not delegated to unlicensed staff.

We Tell You What You Need to Know — Not Just What You Want to Hear

Genuine Migration & Education Australia is an Adelaide-based migration practice run by two MARA-registered agents. We work across every major visa stream: skilled migration, employer sponsorship, partner and family visas, student visas, business visas, and complex legal matters.

We've both seen what happens when applications are lodged without proper preparation — and it's not just a wasted application fee. Errors and omissions can affect future applications, sometimes for years. Our approach is to review every application thoroughly before it goes anywhere near the Department.

We're also direct about our limits. If your case is unlikely to succeed on the current evidence, we'll say so. If a different pathway fits your situation better than the one you came in asking about, we'll tell you that too.

We also assist international students with course selection and enrolment at CRICOS-registered providers in Adelaide. This means students can get help with both their institution application and their student visa in one place.
